Musical ensembles from rock bands to orchestras to jazz quartets give us some of the best examples of high performing teams in the world. To be able to deliver world class musical performances that are creative and executed with perfection time and again requires unparalleled levels of trust, respect, psychological safety and collaboration. All In Good Time gives your team the opportunity to learn through experience and take some of this knowledge back into your organisation.
Conductors, Band Leaders and Musical Directors have one thing in common - an ability to manage and get the best out of diverse, high performing passionate groups of musicians. Ego, politics and uncertainty all need to be handled with trust and respect in order to maximise performance from what are often cross generational and multi-cultural teams. We bring that knowledge to your leaders allowing them to be more resilient, manage change more effectively and lead with purpose in an uncertain world.
Deliver a high-impact workplace culture through corporate music leadership workshops. It engages teams in coordinated performance and strengthens communication. It builds trust and shared accountability. Participants gain renewed motivation and develop valuable leadership behaviours. These elevate engagement, morale, and overall organisational effectiveness.
Quick answers to the questions we hear most.
We’re here to help you every step of the way.
Not at all! Our events are designed for both complete beginners and people who have some experience. If you already play or sing, that’s fantastic, but you’ll be encouraged to try something new and step outside your comfort zone. For non-musicians, our guided process means you’ll be playing an instrument within just 20 minutes. The result is a fun, level playing field where everyone can learn from one another. We welcome people of all abilities, backgrounds, and languages - our events are inclusive and accessible for everyone.
Nope - no surprise solos here! We know the idea of singing in front of your colleagues can feel a little… terrifying. But it can also be one of the most uplifting, confidence-boosting experiences out there. There’s nothing quite like the buzz of singing together in harmony. That said, there’s never any pressure. You’ll always be part of a group, so you can join in at a level that feels comfortable for you. We have worked with thousands of people over last 12 years and feedback is always that participants were glad to be pushed out of their comfort zone and feel an enormous sense of what could be possible in their lives if they did that more often.
It can be as short or as in depth as you would like. Our sessions range from one hour through to a full day, depending on what you want to achieve. If you’re looking for a light, energising icebreaker, an hour can be perfect. For a deeper focus on team connection, leadership, and building a positive workplace culture, we typically recommend sessions of 3-6 hours. Please reach out and give us a call as we can work with you to build a tailored session that will deliver clear outcomes that align with your goals. Anything is possible.
Wherever works best for you! We’ve delivered events all over the world - in hotel conference centres, studios, and bespoke event spaces. All we need is a few rooms and access to electricity, and we’re good to go! If your event will be based in a conference venue and you're concerned about noise, there’s no need to worry, we can easily run sessions at a volume no louder than a small group of 2-3 people singing together.
Absolutely! We have no doubt!
